Store Policy: Layaway Plan Terms and Conditions

At Tools for Less, we offer a convenient layaway plan to help you secure your desired products while paying in installments. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before opting for our layaway plan:

1. Minimum First Payment: To initiate a layaway plan, a minimum of 20% of the total purchase price is required as the first payment. Please note that down payments are nonrefundable.

2. Extension of Layaway Plan: After 60 days from the date of the first payment, we will contact you to discuss the option of extending your layaway plan for an additional week, providing you with extra time to complete the payment.

3. Payment Completion: It is essential to make the complete payment within the agreed timeframe to avoid any penalties or cancellation of your order. The payment deadline will be mutually agreed upon during the initiation of the layaway plan.

4. Penalty for Incomplete Payment: Failure to make a complete payment by the agreed-upon deadline will result in a penalty. This penalty includes the forfeiture of all previous payments made, and your layaway plan will be automatically canceled.

5. Cancellation of Layaway Plan: In case you wish to cancel the layaway plan voluntarily, please contact our customer support team. However, please be aware that any payments made up to the point of cancellation will not be refunded.

6. Product Reservation: During the layaway period, the products you selected will be reserved for you, ensuring their availability upon the completion of the payment.

7. Product Availability: If the product(s) you selected become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or stock depletion, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund of the payments made.

8. Modification of Layaway Plan: We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify the layaway plan, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
